For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account with gamers88, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the gamers88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.
2.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or communications between you and gamers88 concerning the subject matter herein.
2.3 gamers88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-site notification.
3.1 Age Requirement. The gamers88 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law for casino-style online gaming regulated by PAGCOR. It is a criminal offence under Philippine law for any person under the age of 21 to engage in casino-style gambling.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The Platform is intended for players physically located within the Philippines. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the Platform and do so at their own risk. gamers88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one gamers88 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.4 Registration Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. gamers88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from false or outdated registration information.
3.5 KYC Verification. gamers88 is required to verify the identity and age of all Account holders. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documentation upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamers88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify gamers88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. gamers88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.2 Two-Factor Authentication. gamers88 strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS-based two-factor authentication on their Account. This provides an additional layer of security requiring a one-time passcode sent to your registered Philippine mobile number upon each login attempt from an unrecognised device.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your gamers88 Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you following completion of applicable KYC requirements and any active wagering requirement obligations.
4.4 Account Suspension by gamers88. gamers88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or receipt of a regulatory direction to do so.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gamers88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. gamers88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
5.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is ₱200. There is no maximum single deposit limit; however, large deposits may be subject to additional anti-money laundering verification under applicable Philippine law.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) standard anti-fraud review. gamers88 does not charge Platform-side fees on standard withdrawal transactions, however your payment provider may apply its own fees.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine time. gamers88 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your gamers88 Wallet are held in accounts segregated from gamers88 operational funds. Player funds are protected under PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
6.1 All promotional offers made available by gamers88 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money and must be wagered the applicable number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 gamers88 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has been credited but the relevant promotion is subsequently withdrawn, gamers88 will honour the bonus under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion to fulfil wagering requirements, or use of low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear bonus requirements — is prohibited. gamers88 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
7.1 All games available on the gamers88 Platform operate under their respective published rules. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
7.2 gamers88 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited by recognised testing bodies and the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the outcomes of certified audit processes.
7.3 Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming. Live game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, wheels) and are not subject to software manipulation by gamers88.
7.4 In the event of a malfunction or error in any game, the affected game round will be declared void and all wagers placed in that round will be refunded to the Players' Wallets. gamers88 shall not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gamers88 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Players who self-exclude are strictly prohibited from attempting to open new gamers88 accounts during the exclusion period. Any accounts opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and associated balances forfeited.

11.1 The gamers88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamers88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 gamers88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if gamers88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 gamers88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 gamers88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, gamers88 will provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered address or via an on-site announcement. Non-material amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
12.2 The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in effect at the time the relevant transaction or event giving rise to the dispute occurred.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 The gamers88 Platform operates under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All regulatory complaints that cannot be resolved through gamers88's internal dispute resolution process may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
